what is Fresh48?

All families love photos of their new additions! I strive to make everyone feel comfortable enough to allow me to document the birthing process, but some still would prefer that I'm not in the room during that vulnerable time and that is perfectly okay. As much as I would love for it to be, birth photography is not for everyone. For this reason, I also offer what is called a Fresh48 session. This session consists of photos of the new baby within the first 48 hours of birth before she changes too much! She still has that fresh baby look and I'm often able to get some intimate and memorable shots of baby meeting her extended family, as well as a few awesome portraits of the immediate family with their new little one!
